Issued 2014 MLB All Star Workout Jersey?

I recently obtained this 2014 MLB all star jersey. This comes directly from the player through a source, so I know it is an authentic jersey, just to what extent I am not certain.

Is there anyway to tell by this tagging if it was issued or worn?

Who's jersey is it? I have Chris Sale's and it is MLB authenticated to the HR Derby/Workout day. I asked him at a signing about it and he told me he was issued 2. One for that day and the other for bp before the all-star game.

The tagging code of 380A suggests that it's retail authentic. These new style BPs have a code of 0380 if team issued and only have the one tag in tail not two.

The tagging on an issued/used jersey is also slightly different. I have a Marlins 2014 BP used by Henderson Alvarez that shows the issued tagging. I'll post a pic on here later tonight.
