Can someone please tell me what Adrian Beltre helmet and hat size is? Thanks!

7 1/8 for a hat I believe.

Thanks Nate! I have that size too, it just seems awfully small compare to other players. I guess he has a small head.

I have one of his Dodger hats and it is 7 1/8 also.

It surprises me as well how small some players heads are, but I have a hat worn by LaTroy Hawkins that is size 7!

No, but it's a pretty good bet that if they had two wildly different hat sizes during their career that they are not steroid free.

What was Bonds hat size early in his career vs. late?

This is not a post taking up for Bonds. I think he is very guilty of PED use.

And I wasn't taking a shot at Bonds. I'm actually a Bonds fan. I loved watching him play.
