Need info. re. MLB All-Star auctions

can anyone please tell me when MLB first began auctioning off the uniforms from the All-Star Game? (i'm aware that they did it as early as 1993. can anyone confirm an MLB auction for the 1992 or 1991 All-Star Games?)

since the early 90s, has the MLB auctioned off uniforms every single year or only sporatically?

did the MLB auction off all of the All-Star jerseys or only some of them?

does anyone have any lists or information regarding which jerseys were auctioned off during from any early-mid 90s All-Star Game?

rudy.With all the player side deals, not all of the uniforms make it into the auction. Bonds was a jersey generally missing.
