Philadelphia Eagles game worn help 1986-1990

Hello,

I am having problems determining when a particular jersey was worn. The player played on the Eagles from 86-90. The jersey lacks the felt "90" tag a few examples had in a Google search I did so I may be able to rule that year out. Any help would be appreciated.

I will try to get some up tonight. Also, there is no spandex side panels on this jersey but I think that started in 1990.
