Didn't take long for the Oates to make it to EBay for a quick flip attempt...

Is it the same jersey? The one sold in this thread said the nameplate was restored. eBay one doesn't seem to have a nameplate, and it claims to be in the original condition as Oates wore it.

Nevermind... I need to learn to read better.

The LOA says name was restored, so I guess it's the same one, even though the seller is saying it's unrestored.

I was aware that the Oates jersey was going to be traded or put up for sale. However, that's the buyer's business, not mine. I could have gone the eBay route if I wanted to, but I'd rather a quicker, easier deal here, though possibly for less. It's worth it for me to avoid eBay.

And the name was restored, and in the jersey's description on eBay, the seller does mention that fact. However, as also stated, the difference really can't even be seen. If the MEARS LOA didn't state it, I certainly wouldn't have known.
