First off, I'm not even doubting the authenticity of this jersey, but I have an interesting issue. I'm not too familiar with the Nike jerseys in terms of how uniform they are in production.

The questions arise in comparing this Corey Redding gamer to the 2013 schedule poster.

First notice the proximity of the overlaps of the numbers into the bases.

First the jersey itself,

Then the poster

To me, it's spot on. I can't imagine all jerseys made for him would just happen to share such spacing down to the stitch, but that's why I'm here.

Next looking at two "thread skips" going up the shoulder , gonna start with the poster here

Now comparing to the jersey.

So again, everything looks great. To me it's two areas that appear to match as close as visually possible. Having no other Redding jersey to compare with, I don't know how accurate that threading might be.....because.....

The poster shows a medium size tear in the jersey,

Which mine appears absent of,

On the inside one team repair is very noticeable (white threading) but it also appears some black stitching (which is not constant with the other side) runs up both inseams.

Overall I'm looking to have these two go together in one frame, but without a bit of assurance I'm reluctant to drop the cash,

Let me also say, before it's asked the pulled threads match up.

First on jersey,

Then poster,

While I totally respect people use threads to match, with so much more too "go on" here, I'd rather not let the final verdict lay on two small pieces of thread.

Yes, I'm not sure the tear you're worried about is really there. Could be lighting or chalk.
