Padres Experts/Dave Miedema?

Is the tagging correct on this jersey? The Wilson in collar looks good, am questioning the year/number sewn in tail. Thanks for your opinions.

The tagging appears consistent with the example I have in my reference guide and one common player Padres jersey I located online.

I should note, however, that in my tagging guide, the common player, a prior Garvey home, a Gossage home and a Gossage away, the number and year tagging appeared far further down - well below the last button - and much closer to the center of the jersey.

The tag font is inconsistent with Wilson Padres gamers from '84. I wouldn't touch this piece.

FTR...EAC Gallery was contacted by a former GUU member and alerted to this, and they pulled the jersey.

According to the Henderson Game Worn Guide the 1984 examples he published has the year tagging near the bottom of the jersey near the middle not that far to the side. Here is a pic.

The strip tag. The one shown in Bill Henderson's guide seems to be the right font, although it's hard to see because of it's small size.
