Hello Everybody,

With the help of our development team, we are happy to announce that 145 bat player charts are now available to Game Used Universe Premium Members in the 'Game Used Library' section of the GUU site.

Bat collectors can now use these charts for all of MLB's Hall-of-Famers to make their own determinations as to whether or not a Louisville Slugger model bat "matches factory records". For years, collectors never thought they could have access to this information and now, thanks to the efforts of Vince Malta, Game Used Universe is proud to help make this information available to the entire collecting community.

Please note that the charts are best viewed using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader which can be downloaded FREE from the Adobe site located at:

Hello Everyone,

I spoke with Vince Malta this week and they are in the last stages of preparing the book for print. As such, they found a few errors in 11 player charts that they are correcting before the book goes to the printer (I believe I had mentioned they were being especially careful to eliminate all possible errors in the charts).

Given the situation, we removed the 11 player charts from the site and will replace them with the new charts once they are completed (likely in about one week). The charts that were removed are the following:

Boggs, Wade
Kell, George
Morgan, Joe
Murray, Eddie
Perez, Tony
Puckett, Kirby
Ripken, Cal Jr.
Smith, Ozzie
Stargell, Willie
Yount, Robin
Winfield, Dave

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions. Once again, the book should take about one month to complete the printing so it looks like it will be released sometime in late February.

Sincerely,
Chris Cavalier
