I know exactly how Braun felt when he couldn't get his legs to catch up with the top of his body. The same thing happened to me as I was running after a foul ball during the Fall League two years ago. It's a really awful feeling. I managed to keep my feet, somehow, but I could barely walk for several days as a result of the strain on my lower back - I suspect RB recovered rather more quickly.
