Singletary jersey in Historic Auctions--opinions?

Before I jump to conclusions, I wanted some opinions on whether this "game issued" (no wear) Singletary jersey that sold on eBay awhile back is the same one being offered by Historic Auctions (perhaps w/a new size tag sewn on). Thoughts?
