Here is a "game used" Johan Santana jersey. There are a couple problems with this jersey. First, Johan wears a size 50, not 46. Second, this jersey lacks proper tagging. It begs the question does Vintage Authentics have to prove a jersey is authentic or do they believe a jersey is authentic until they disprove it. As far as I am concerned, if you can't even provide a year which the jersey was used, the jersey can not be authenticated. I wouldn't mind seeing that MEARS Certification. I imagine it is a very low number.
I emailed Vintage Authentics asking about this jersey. I never heard back.
