Magglio Ordonez 2006 World Series Cleats From ESM

ESM just listed a pair of Magglio Ordonez game worn 2006 World Series cleats on eBay but I believe that they were not worn during the WS. There is a silver part on the side in the back of the shoe. I found pics from every World Series game and the silver part isn't on any of the cleats Ordonez wore in the WS. Here are the pics of the cleats in the auction:

Kyle - You are getting good here with the detail!!! Great job. There are 4 logical explanations:

1. A mistake was made
2. Someone is being dishonest
3. Magglio changed cleats during the game
4. Magglio wore the cleats on auction during BP (which technically is game worn)

My guess was that either Magglio made a mistake or they were worn in BP. I gave ESM the link to this post but they never replied about it

Good work. That first pair looks a bit dubious but Andrew is right, they could have been used in BP or a mistake may have been made. The second pair looks good in terms of the accurate style match.
