I am in the mortgage business and one of our lenders is Mike Horan who played for a few NFL teams and won a Superbowl with the Rams. Yes, he wears his huge Superbowl ring proudly and lets anyone try it on if they want. I was asking him about jerseys and what happens to them at the end of the season. He informed me that players get to take them home at the end of the season and that he has almost all of his and that he used to cut off about 10" from his game jerseys so that they were not very long to tuck in. It is nice to talk to a player about what we all collect.
