A couple of mystery items. College perhaps? Anyone recognize the "NC" logo and colors? Thanks in advance!

I don't recognize the jerseys themselves but they are dated to a range of years. The Russell tag s of the 1985-94 variety, while the Champion would represent 1990-2002.

Gotta be high school jerseys. UNC Charlotte and UNC Wilmington are the only colleges in NC with sports teams that use green & yellow/gold...but UNCC just started a football program this year, and UNCW doesn't have one.
