Thought some of you vintage Sand Knit fans might enjoy seeing this. It's a Texas Tech blanket honoring a swimmer. One interesting thing is that the Sand Knit tag is the local distributor version... I'm wondering if Sand Knit actually had anything to do with this blanket, or maybe the tag was simply put there because Sport Center of Lubbock did a custom job and this was the only kind of tag they had on hand to identify themselves.
