McGriff Jersey on Ebay

Its listed as game used, but I've never seen a jersey that says 'Devil Rays' in road gray. Additionally there is no nameplate. Thoughts?

The jersey should also have a NOB, which it wasn't and doesn't seem to ever have had. Not worth noticing at that price or with that description. It MIGHT be a minor league GU/TI piece, but itwas never issued to the Crime Dog.
