PSI: how does a nameplate magically appear?

the description read "Not worn or game cut just a replica Draft Day #1 jersey". it had no nameplate.

currently, PSI/Bernie Gernay/Pro Sports Investments is selling this:

it is described as a "2006 Titans Official "Draft Day Un-used Game Jersey"
it has a nameplate.

I asked the seller prosportsinvestments if the draft day titans jersey still has the psadna sticker on it from when it was sold by nfl auctions without the nameplate that was added.

The response was no. And the seller went on to say it came from an assistant coach from the Titans. He said they also have the home DRAFT DAY jersey from the draft day.
