I hope I'm conforming to the rules and this is the proper place this. If not I apologize.

Opinions welcome. Thanks in advance.

Most of the "Yankee Clipper" autographs with notarized letters are genuine from what I have found over the years.

This bat is not authentically signed by Joe DiMaggio
1. I have never seen a "yankee Clipper" bat that was NOT numbered...and I have seen over 100 of them
2. The DiMaggio signature is choppy and not his style
3. compare to a real one

IMO, someone took the sticker off a real bat and is using the notarized cert with it

Well there you go - my previous response was with my history of the baseballs signed "Yankee Clipper" and I assumed (which one should never do in autographs) that the bats were of the same mold.

Glad Ken could shed some more light on the topic!
