I still need to raise funds for a purchase. The following items from my collection are for sale:
1. 2012 Mike Baxter Blue BP jersey - $95 OBO
Purchased directly from the Mets. 2012 was the season in which this local hometown boy put his body on the line to save Johan Santana's no hitter.
2. 2011 Jason Isringhausen Blue BP jersey - $115 OBO
Purchased directly from the Mets. 2011 was the season in which Izzy notched career save # 300.
3. 2006 Julio Franco Alternate White Home Jersey - $250 OBO
Comes with LOA from Mets-Steiner and shows heavy game use. From the last season in which the Mets won the NL East Championship.
4. 2005 Howard Johnson Black & Blue BP - $100 OBO
Comes with LOA from Mets-Steiner. Very unique jersey. Prior to HoJo's days as a hitting instructor; he was a special instructor and wore #88. LOA denotes that HoJo personally wore the jersey.
5. 2000 Joe Pignatano Black BP jersey - $100 OBO
Another unique jersey; worn by Piggy in either 2000 Fantasy Camp or as a Special Hitting instructor in 2000 Spring Training. Unlike the BP jerseys of this era, Piggy's name is sewn onto a nameplate rather than directly onto the jersey.
6. 1999 John Olerud Black Alternate Home jersey - $400 OBO
Very rare jersey from the only season in which Olerud played in the post-season for the Mets. Jersey shows outstanding use and should be very easy to photomatch.
7. John Franco Game Used bat - Black Louisville Slugger S2 Model with Silver Stamping (Mid 1990s model). JOHN FRANCO / NEW YORK METS on barrel. #31 on both ends of the bat. heavy tar on handle & moderate use. $125 OBO.
