SCP removed Jackson jersey

Just got a email from scp that they're removing the Jackson 3 homerun jersey because it isn't the jersey from the 3 home runs. But they photo matched Reggie wearing it after the game. So you're telling me Reggie forgot he changed jerseys during the game/after the game.

One of the most desirable Yankee jerseys in history (and lets face it that is saying something) is not THE jersey but rather 36 years ago (long before GW stuff was desirable) Reggie put on ANOTHER shirt for the post game interviews?

They removed the other Reggie Jersey too!? Also... the odd story on the Maris jersey. I'm not sure this is how SCP saw this auction playing out. What do guys think is up with the other jersey? Weird.

Here is what happened to the other jersey. Through photo evidence (and provenance) a different jersey, and not the jersey consigned to SCP, was proven to be the authentic Reggie 1977 World Series Game 5 road jersey. SCP did the right thing.

I think it is feared that it was lost in the Oakland fire, early 90s where Reggie lost many memorabilia items, collectible cars, etc.
