Medalist Sand-Knit question

Has anybody ever seen just this tagging on a game used Medalist Sand-Knit jersey?
There are no other tags on the jersey.
Please help!!!

There IS a problem or two with this jersey, though, based on the 2 photos.

The design of the Sand-Knit tag translates to the early 1980s. Sand-Knit didn't supply the Lakers, however, until they got the exclusive NBA uniform contract in time for the 1986-87 season. The Sand-Knit jerseys were the first to exhibit the NBA logo on the chest, and the photo of the front of the jersey doesn't show one.

I have seen the single tag on some legitimate NBA gamers (many pre-86-87 Utah Jazz for one), but, for pre-86-87 Lakers, Sand-Knit was not the supplier.
