Not making any accusations here, just asking more of question. Take a look at this Jersey that just sold for $2600

Does anyone know how a running back listed at 5'10" 220 wears a size 50 jersey? I have spoken to a bunch of people who know game used jerseys and they tell me that there is no way that he could wear a 50. Running backs usually wear jerseys as tight as possible so it makes it harder for the defenders to tackle them by their jersey.

Anyway, just making an observation here. Tomlinson may really wear a 50, but my sources tell me that it is highly unlikely, and that a running back of his size probably wouldn't wear a jersey bigger than a 46 or 48

Chargers Freak,

You and your sources are wrong again. Here is a LT jersey from 2003 that sold at auction with paperwork directly from the NFL, and surprise, surprise...it's a size 50...You are officially 0-2 in your authentications.
2003 Tomlinson Chargers Game Used Jersey.

Lots of wear on this custom cut Tomlinson Chargers jersey. Bottom of jersey is cut to spec, with elastic waistband as are the sleeves. The "03-50" strip tag is sewn in with zigzag stitching in the inside collar. Adjacent to this tag is the sewn on "S". This is one of the most beautiful throwback jersey's in the League. Sourcing is impeccable coming directly from the NFL, and better yet, we have the actual dates jersey was worn, "9-21-03" vs Ravens. All numbers, NOB are sewn on along with the "JB" patch on sleeve. Now if you like wear, then this jersey will knock your socks off. Tons of hit marks and soft numbers rate this jersey the finest. Authenticators
