One of the old-time Ballhawks (who's also a big White Sox fan) has a unique Vizquel item: a foul ball hit by Omar during the final game ever at the original Comiskey Park. It cleared the roof and landed outside, where he was playing, and is the last ball ever to leave the stadium (foul ball or home run) in a game.

Although I do not have any game used items of his right now, I would like to mention that he is the last player to have played in the 1980's that was still playing. Prior to Jamie Moyer's return this year (who also played in the 1980's), I believe he also was the only player that played last year that made his major league debut in the 1980's (1989 to be exact).
