Does anyone have a direct contact at Panini?

I sent an item in to Panini Authentic earlier this year to have signed and have had zero luck in making contact with them to see what the status of my order is. I know they needed to wait for the NBA season to end, but zero replies to emails and no actual humans answering phones has left a sour taste.

Any direct contact info for someone at Panini/Panini Authentic would be greatly appreciated!
