Does anyone here know if there is a website that lists the jersey numbers worn by every A's player throughout the years?

I'm not sure on A's specific but baseball-almanac.com provides numbers of the players on teams rosters if you know what year you need. Here's 2010 - I just change the year in the URL to get to the year I need.

street and smith publictions are also good. What numbers and years are you after? I might be able to look it up

Street & Smith, being a preseason yearbook, is especially helpful for numbers of players that went to spring training with the team but were cut, released, or traded. Pre-mid 1980s are especially good with this; more recent editions aren't as likely to come through.

sorry don't have any that recent. It might be more trouble than its worth but you could find a copy on ebay cheap. Dave also might have a more recent copy that he could help you with.
