Wilson Tag Question

Is this an early 70s Wilson tag? Looked at Rudy's Wilson tagging primer and it sort of looks like the early 70s tag, but it looks to be stamped and not embroidered. Any insights?

I have seen some stamped size tags in the past. One story I had heard was that they were blanks for the teams to size and use later in the season. Rather than having a bunch of different sizes available, they would have blank rough cut jerseys and then tailor them to whatever size the new player needed.

A similar things I have seen in the past is a size crossed out and a new size written on the tag.
