Were you ever given a game used item that you didn't want?

Yesterday at the Sixers game, Elton Brand threw his towel to his friend at the end of the 1st half. His friend didn't want the sweaty towel and offered it to me. I saw that it had no NBA markings on it and declined. But my son wanted it and got the towel

I am not sure what we can do with it now. Maybe he can wash my car with it?
