Hey guys! Need your opinions. When buying a game used jersey that has been certified, if the jersey has dirt on it, over a period of time, does the jersey become tarnished due to the dirt? If so, is there any way of perserving the jersey? I have only collected jerseys without stains that have been certified. Thanks for your help. I enjoy reading all of your guys posts!
