Colt 45's

I recently read that most colt 45's jersey's do not have tags on them. Can anyone confirm or deny this

Ill have to check but to the best of my kowledge they all had tags they were manufactured by eeither wilson or spalding(both companies made them in different years) and depending on whether they are roads or homes they will have tags in different places ill check with my dad he really knows them and has owned several both homes and roads.

For the Colt .45's Saplding made the roads and Wilson made the homes

Spalding roads have felt strip tags in the collar with player number year and size and a spalding tag in the tail.

Wilson homes have a Wilson size tag in tail. There are serveral versions both with and without year tags.
The version with year tags are made in the following ways
2 years have elastic tags with the last 2 numbers of the year
1 year is embrordierd directley on the tail
as I said before there are some home jerseys without year tags.
If you have photos i will be happy to compare them to the colt jerseys my father owns
