Dave Cole, a pitcher for three NL teams from 1950-55, died October 26. He was 81.
Cole hurled for the Braves for four seasons, the last two being their final year in Bostom and their inaugural season in Milwaukee. He also pithced with the Cubs (1954) and the Phillies (1955).
