Group,
I got wind that Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin Cajuns were selling last years gamers. I went down there and inquired, and a nice young Cajun coed escorted me through a beautiful facility, past the coaches Monday morning meeting (I resisted the urge to recommend plays for next week) and into the equipment room where I was introduced to the equipment manager Lynn. Heckuvaniceguy Lynn is. He showed me these rolling racks

and gave me access to a full rack of gamers. I was given my pick of the litter for a price that would P.O. the bookstore merch manager. I completely forgot to check for future NFL players or this one kid I knew from the team. There were NOB's, NNOB's, unused, war weary, etc. They all must go!

I was informed that ebay flipping was frowned upon. I only bought for the fam.

These are beautiful tackle twill. The manager told me all I'd ever need to know about equiment managing. He has been there 30 years. Says he buys then directly from Russell Athletic. They cost about $160.

I really enjoyed my visit there. First time for me. Could this happen at LSU? I don't think so. Cheers, Saintsfan.

What an awesome story and experience you had saintsfan! Ditto here for ultimate wish getting that to happen at Penn State (though I did get to use the student athlete weight room there since I was one at the time). I had that kind of access when I also went to Shippensburg, but that's not as cool as a major DIV1 school is ;).

Any chance they could get a list of NOBs? That would be awesome if there were some decent players.
