Here's a 2008 Giambi Yankees jersey on ebay:

The Steiner sticker appears to have been pulled off. Is this an issued jersey being sold as used? The use or lack thereof helps point towards that conclusion.

The seller, Kruk Cards buys a lot of large bulk deals and they have always answered questions about their items when contacted. What did they say to you when you questioned them about this jersey?
