I had a woman's contact information for the Padres. I emailed her a couple times and she confirmed she handled the game used merchandise for the Padres. She also told me they didn't sell anything outside of MLB auctions and the fan fest they have every year. They give away game used items to season ticket holders through attendance trivia at games.
