Expert Sports Authentication?

I got an email from Historic Auctions about some items that they are selling. After looking at the links, I noticed some come with letters from Brad Wells/Expert Sports Authentication or Bernie Gernay/Expert Sports Authentication. Anyone know anything about this company?

brad wells and bernie gernay. doesn't that say everything there is to know? certainly seems like an appropriate match.

historic has some ..interesting.. items in that sale.

sometimes this hobby has a real sense of humor. just the other day i was thinking how brad wells, bernie, lou lampson, and donald frangipani should open an authentication firm together. "expert sports authentication" probably isn't the name i would've chosen though.

Then you could have everybody contradicting everybody else, and all of them passing the good, the bad, and the ugly.
