Sheffield Yankees jersey on eBay

Hey guys,

A friend of mine is considering purchasing this jersey (http://cgi.ebay.com/Gary-Sheffield-New-York-Yankees-Game-Worn-Jersey-/220824212460?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item336a2613ec) and asked for my opinion on its authenticity. I'm mostly a hockey collector and have very little knowledge of baseball jerseys and Steiner, so I'm looking for the advice of people who actually know what they are talking about.

My questions are:

1. Does this jersey look like the real deal?

2. There doesn't appear to be a Steiner hologram on the actual jersey, just a Steiner letter. Is that normal? I feel like there should be a hologram on the jersey itself.

3. Is Mears a reliable certification company?

Both jerseys look OK, but I'm with Ziggy on saving a few $$ (not to mention free shipping).
