Birmingham Bolts (XFL) Helmet Help

I thought I had read somewhere (maybe even on here) that Vince McMahon/management kept nearly all of the equipment from the 1-year league. This does have an LOA but I'm not terribly familiar with AJ.

Any questions/comments/concerns on this?

It appears to be authentic to me-Correct Style, Correct Manufacturer, Logos
even the Cage and the Chin Strap match Football Cards i have also
#21 written inside belonged to:
21David KnottS6-1201MississippiHuntsville, AL

It is rare, but from time to time you will see Game Used XFL stuff, that either was kept or stolen by the players or staff after the league folded.
This apears to be 1 of those Rare items if you are an XFL Collector.
