The first thing that strikes you as odd is the near minimal wear on the letters/numbers and inconsistent wear on the tag. He is a catcher and those tags are fragile. It should be creased if anything, not smeared.
But then there is the LOA. Every, and I mean every LOA I have ever received from the Pro Shop (and I have had more than I can count over the years) has been signed by the Pro Shop manager. This one isn't. Beyond that, the logo at the top of the page is faily granulated. This isn't genuine Pro Shop letter, rather I bet, a copy of a letter. And since a copied signature is obvious, someone whited out the signature.
