Hey guys,
I did a search and couldn't find anything about this topic. I was wondering in what year Mizuno changed the logo on their bats from the plain "M" to their current logo. I ask this because there's a Carlos Quentin GU bat on eBay with the old logo stamp:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110717243500&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_500wt_949
The bat appears to be from his White Sox days (2008-present) as his number 20 is written on the knob, but I couldn't seem to find a Mizuno bat from this time period with this particular labeling/logo stamp. If anyone has any ideas/help regarding this bat, please let me know.

Thanks!
Chris

I believe the logo changed between the 2006 and 2007 seasons.

Spring of 2007 is when I noticed the new logo: http://www.gameuseduniverse.com/vb_forum/showthread.php?t=7497&highlight=mizuno+logo

Thanks for the responses guys. Since the logo change took place in 07, how could Carlos have been using this bat with the Sox? (since he joined them in '08) Is it possible he ordered it while still with the D-Backs and just didn't get around to using it until the next year? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated

Thanks again,
Chris
