RIP: Deacon Turner

David "Deacon" Turner, a star RB at San Diego State who went on to play for 3 years in the NFL, was fatally shot by police during an altercation outside a storefront in his home town of Bakersfield, CA. He was 56.

Turner played for the Cincinnati Bengals from 1978-80.
