Help for new members

I have had 4 people contact me knowing I was a member here and tell me they have tried to sign up and have been waiting for over a month for some sort of confirmation.

Whats going on so I can let them know. Email works best.

I believe you have to the number listed under "Contact GUU" and they will call you back to confirm and give you access.
