Peoria Chiefs jersey on eBay...legit?

There's a Peoria Chiefs jersey up for bids on eBay from 1997 (not 1998, as the seller claims). It has a Jackie Robinson patch. It does not, however, have a jock tag. I have a supposedly game worn Chiefs BP jersey from the same era with a Rawlings jock tag. I also just sold a mid-2000s authentic Chiefs away jersey last week that had a Rawlings jock tag.

I requested pics of the neck and jock tags and the seller sent me a pic of the neck tag at my request, but something doesn't smell right here.

I've learned a bit from joining this forum, but can someone tell me...does this sound legit or not? Dude says he got it from a friend. He doesn't strike me as someone who would intentionally be misleading, so he could just be misinformed regarding whether or not the jersey is in fact game worn.

Thanks, that helps a ton! No idea why they wouldn't have the jock tag. Odd.

Gonna keep my eye on it but I'm not going to overpay for it, either. If you have any other Chiefs stuff, though...drop me a line. :)
