Pinstripes don't match up....

I've always loved these jerseys and wouldn't mind owning one, but I don't collect TBTC jerseys. In 1990 the White Sox played the first ever TBTC game and wore 1917 jerseys. The Sox produced two uniforms each for the single game and the players got to keep one. The only conclusive way to know if you have the actual jersey from the game would be to photomatch it.

The full Ozzie Guillen uniform is being offered on ebay and I don't think the pinstripes match up. What do you think?

This uniform has been offerered before and It never sold. Even though I doubt it's the actual game jersey, it's still a spectacular uniform to own.

It doesn't appear that they do. It could be the issued one though. Maybe he chose to keep the one he used or he gave the jersey to somebody. Damn is that a nice jersey though.

This style is out there, as the team sold/auctioned them, but the prices realized in their intial offering (near and over $1,000 each) are likely to render them unaffordable for many collectors...unless someone is willing to take a big hit to let it go. Plus, as pointed out, each player had 2 jerseys, and was allowed to keep one. The tags look right on this one, but, as suggested, it could well be the unworn one.

No flag patches on the jerseys on the card. Just an observation.

Can't be the same at the one in the pic. Look at the line running through the O and the X it is perfectly down the middle of each. Now look at the action shot.

Here's another reference if we havn't already seen it yet. kinda to hard to tell anything. The O and X would be a dead give away if we could see it.
