Item bringing back memories

Received my Rickey Henderson 1990 World Series game issue bat yesterday from Tim at HOF Bats and what a flashback I had. I lost my Mom a little over 2 years ago to Cancer. I remember watching Oakland in those World Series games with my Mom just like it was yesterday. What a great feeling and wonderful memory of the precious time we had together. Anyone else ever have an experience like that with a piece of sports memorabilia?

About 20 years ago my grandma took me to get an auto of Mickey Mantle at a local show in Plano Texas. I couldnt believe somebody would pay 25 bucks for a mans signature. I got the ball signed on fake leather wilson and it still looks like i got it signed yesterday. Everytime My grandma could care less about baseball, and the only reason she did it was because she knew i was a huge baseball fan even at the age of 11.
