Anyone old enough to remember the Steve Martin skits on Saturday Night Live where he and Bill Murray are looking at some object of camera and saying "Hey, what the hell is that thing?"...." I dunno, it's pretty weird, wow, what the hell is it..., etc, etc"...
So what the hell was that bat Arod bat that just sold for $224 with block letters?

Seller said it was from 1997, but Arod was using signature models years earlier. Anyone figure this out? Seems like either a very early bat or a very weird item. The finish looks glossy and the use light, plus there looks like the number 10 on the knob...enough warning flags that I did not have the guts to bid much. But perhaps someone got a great deal.
