Vanderbilt Auction House

I just noticed some Pujols items (two hats and a pair of cleats) which just ended today, that state they have a COA from Vanderbilt Auction House and a Letter of Provenance from a close friend of Pujols. I haven't been around here for too long, but does anybody know anything about Vanderbilt Auction House? I couldn't find anything googling around. The signatures look good, and the cleats are personalized, I just haven't heard of this particular place. Here are the auctions I am talking about. Thoughts?

I googled it and found their ebay store. They had 300 feedback and went out of business, That seller is over selling the worthless COA.
