For those interested, team is auctioning his '05 Grey Paw Sox Jersey on the website...starting bid was $500..also, the Nashville Sounds are selling 'Throwback' jerseys worn from a game w/ Memphis from this year and last year ($75-100 each some w/pants). Jay

The auction closed today at noon. Last I saw this morning with a few hours to go the Papelbon was up to $727.00.

I am the winner of the Papelbon Pawsox Jersey. I won his Blue Alternate Jersey when the Pawsox put it up for auction on MLB.com last year. I thought the bidding on the Pawsox website worked the same way as mlb.com and ebay....apparently I was wrong. I didn't realize that my high bid would also be the current bid. I would have never put in a bid as high as I did right away. Regardless I lived in Pawtucket for 24 years and supposedly alot of the money from the auction will go to local charities so I can't complain about that. I now own 4 different Papelbon Portland Jerseys, 2 Papelbon Lowell Jerseys, 2 Papelbon Pawtucket Jerseys and 1 Papelbon 2006 Boston Home Game Used Jersey as well as a ton of other Papelbon game used items.
