I won an item on 0ct 16. It states I would have the item between 2-4 weeks. I emailed them 3 times asking for a tracking number finally someone responded my item was shipped this past Mon. Well nothing has arrived I don't even know what shipping service was used. It was a Joel Youngblood Los D Backs gamer. Is this typical this long of a wait? Do they send confirmation when the item ships? And what shipping provider do they use? Should I contact my credit card company? Any help would be great I really want this. But this is ridiculous over a month..
