Sometimes they can take a few days to respond, but I have almost always gotten one, especially if asking about a specific player or making an offer on a jersey.

I have called them about 9 times on different items and each time was promised a call back that never happened. Terrible customer service. At least Steiner calls and emails back.

They call and email me back like lightning. But then I just bought my fifth jersey from them so maybe that is why. But everyone I have dealt with has been very nice and helpful.

you would think someone wouldnt have to be a big forum user to get a return call on spending close to 5 figures. Im not going to beg to buy something from them. They could learn a thing or two from Meigray and Steiner is all I am saying.
