Thanks much

Just trying to identify the glove now - I only recall him using a black Rawlings, single post - this tan glove could be from his minor league playing days or maybe real early call-up with Kansas City

I've been looking at that glove for a couple years, but too expensive for me - especially considering I can't style match it.

Its not from his call up which was 2003. It was manufactured March of 2004, so should have been used in 2004 or 2005 at the latest. He did play 50 games with AAA Omaha to start 2004, so thats possible, but I've not been able to find anything to prove this glove was used there.

I think its a legit player model glove but share your same concern. I personally dont think it saw much game use, if any... May have been his back-up glove - in which case it might have never seen a MLB game.

Thanks for the input
It's a nice glove nonetheless

I can always ask the seller about its origins

I'd either ask John for some info about it or maybe check the archived MLB games. Photos online help but usually have huge gaps between games.

John Taube. He is the seller of the item (J T Sports). He is also the main PSA/DNA game used bat authenticator. He is very highly respected in the industry.
