I have purchased from this seller on a number of occassions and have never had a problem. I would contact the seller and ask if it shows any use. From the limited photos provided, it does look to be used. "Issued" in the mlb database doesn't necessarily mean that it wasn't used, just that the authenticator didn't see it come off his back. My guess is that this jersey hasn't seen more action because it is a spring training jersey.
